Bruce W. Roat has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Southern California Bank and executive vice president of SC Bancorp, its Anaheim parent company. Roat was previously chief financial officer of First Los Angeles Bank and California Republic Bank of Bakersfield. He also held positions in finance and acquisition planning and analysis for First Interstate Bank.
