Alliance Imaging Inc.: The Orange provider of magnetic resonance imaging services posted earnings of $1 million, or 7 cents a share, contrasted with a loss of $1.3 million, or 18 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. The company attributed the turnaround to its recently completed financial restructuring and improved operating results. Quarterly revenue rose 2% to $14.5 million this year from $14.2 million.
