Two-Thirds Do Buckle Up

WASHINGTON —
Two-thirds of Americans buckle up in their cars and light trucks, the Transportation Department reported Friday.
Ricardo Martinez, administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, estimated that seat belts have saved 55,600 lives over the past decade.
