Elexsys International Inc.: The Irvine firm, formerly Diceon Electronics Inc., said Wednesday that is has acquired substantially all the assets of Technet Electronics Ltd., a manufacturer of printed circuit boards in Great Britain, for about $3.3 million. The principal acquired asset is a leased 25,000-square-foot facility that currently produces circuit boards. Elexsys said it expects to add back-panel assembly capabilities in the future.
