InVitro International: The Irvine company that makes substances used to test the corrosiveness of products said Monday that it has reorganized its operations in an effort to increase efficiency and respond faster to customer needs. The company’s research and development, quality assurance and manufacturing departments will now operate under a division headed by Dennis E. Chenoweth, who joined InVitro in February as senior vice president. The restructuring came after Virginia C. Gordon quit as vice president for research and development.
