Bergen Brunswig Named a Distributor

ORANGE — Bergen Brunswig Corp. said Thursday that it has been named one of three authorized distribution agents for pharmaceuticals and related products to the SunHealth Alliance, a Charlotte, N.C., organization of 300 hospitals and health-care organizations primarily in the Southeast.
Pharmaceutical sales for SunHealth total more than $500 million annually. Bergen Brunswig currently serves 55 hospitals and is SunHealth’s second-largest supplier.
