Botanical Garden Has High Potential

* Your May 6 article provides timely and much needed publicity for the Conejo Valley Botanical Garden. With a view to the city and the surrounding countryside and the more distant but beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, the garden has the potential to be a center of attraction for Thousand Oaks dwellers. However, it is underdeveloped and probably as a result underutilized.

It is my hope that more will be written about the garden in The Times in the near future to highlight its attractions as well as to emphasize the urgent need for monetary donations and volunteers.
