Salon’s Promotional Materials Honored

Promotional material prepared for Mirage Hair Design, a Simi Valley beauty salon, has won runner-up honors in two categories of Nails magazine’s annual graphics contest.

Nails, a beauty industry trade magazine, praised an advertising handout and holiday discount card prepared for Mirage by Mustang Marketing, an Agoura Hills advertising agency.

In its May issue, the magazine said the handout’s “soft colors and simple graphics are easy on the eyes.”

The discount card was described as an “elegantly designed” piece that “states the salon’s appreciation of its clients.”
