* Amy Lorbati has been named manager...

* Amy Lorbati has been named manager of pay TV and ancillary markets for Universal Pay Television Inc. and Universal Pictures Non-Theatrical, two divisions of the MCA Home Entertainment Group based in Universal City.

Lorbati will be responsible for marketing support and administration of Universal Pictures’ feature films as well as the MCA Home Entertainment and Television Group’s products distributed through pay television, pay-per-view, near-video-on-demand and video-on-demand. She will also handle promotion and servicing for hotel and airline markets.

Lorbati was most recently with Viewer’s Choice, a pay-per-view service.

* Roy Wright was named chief executive officer of Iwerks Entertainment Inc., a Burbank-based developer of specialty theaters. Wright has been serving as chief operating officer. Previously, Wright was president and chief executive officer of RDI Computer Corp.

Wright will replace CEO Stan Kinsey, who will step down from the post July 1. Kinsey will remain chairman of the board of directors.

* Ron Ragland has been promoted to vice president of large group sales for Southern California at CaliforniaCare Health Plans, a health maintenance organization affiliated with Blue Cross of California, the company said.

Ragland will oversee field sales offices in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Costa Mesa, San Bernardino and San Diego. Ragland joined Woodland Hills-based CaliforniaCare in May, 1994, as regional director of the Los Angeles sales office, the company’s largest sales office in California. Previously he was regional manager for the Los Angeles sales office of Provident Life and Accident Co.

* Phillip Fenty has been named vice president of development and marketing of Dick Clark Productions Inc., a Burbank company that produces television shows.
