ALISO VIEJO : Computer Workshop Offered for Families

Aliso Viejo Middle School will offer a free family computing workshop today.
The workshop, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the school library, will teach parents how to help their children learn more through use of computers.
All parents, whether they own home computers or not, may attend and bring their children. The workshop will cover computer basics, software for children of different ages and how computers can supplement education.
The school is among the first in the nation to pilot the workshop, which was developed in association with the Computer Learning Foundation and Scholastic Inc.
