* Re the Orange County court system: It is not necessary for our Superior Court judges to sweep their courtroom floors at night if they sweep out the frivolous lawsuits during the day.
Most of the world requires the loser to pay the winner’s court costs and legal fees. If adopted here, our civil legal system would become much more efficient and not dependent on whether Measure R passes.
