How about a $125,000 condominium in Long Beach for $75,000? That’s the deal two low-income families will receive at week’s end. The roof beams went up Tuesday on two condominiums being built this week by Habitat for Humanity.
More than 100 volunteers showed up to build the homes, a spokesman said.
The condos will be sold to two families, one from Long Beach, the other from Wilmington.
