Economic Prospects Update: Chapman University economists will present a midyear economic forecast for Orange County on Tuesday. In this update to Chapman’s annual report made in December, analysts are expected to show that economic recovery and job expansion in the region will continue in 1995, despite the Orange County government’s bankruptcy and regardless of the outcome of Tuesday’s vote on Measure R, the sales tax increase initiative.
