PenUltimate Inc.: The Irvine software company has named Richard G. Lull as chairman, president and chief executive. Lull replaces Paul Mondschein, who stepped down in February for medical reasons. Mondschein will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors and remains one of the company’s largest individual shareholders. PenUltimate said James Kelly, who had been acting chairman in Mondschein’s absence, and Larry R. Taylor, who served as acting chief executive, will remain as directors. Lull joined PenUltimate in July 1994 to implement a new marketing and product development strategy. Lull, who has more than 10 years experience in the sales automation industry, previously served as executive vice president-sales for Fujitsu Personal Systems. PenUltimate develops sales and marketing software for mobile computer users.
