Caesars World CEO to Resign: Henry Gluck, chairman and chief executive of ITT Corp.’s Caesars World Inc., said he will resign from those posts and from ITT’s board at the end of next month. Gluck, 67, who has been CEO of Caesars World since 1983, said that because of ITT’s restructuring, he believes it is in the best interest of Caesars and ITT that the long-term management of the casino company be resolved now. New York-based ITT, which has more than $100 billion in assets and had almost $24 billion in revenue last year, is reorganizing itself into three separate companies. Caesars World, which is wholly owned by ITT, owns and operates casino hotels in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe, Nev., and Atlantic City, N.J. Separately, Caesars World is likely to move its corporate offices to Las Vegas from Los Angeles, according to sources familiar with the company.
