Ford in Joint Venture: The auto maker and China’s First Auto Works have agreed to establish a joint venture to make aluminum radiators for China’s auto industry and export markets, Ford Motor Co. announced. The venture, United Aluminum Radiator Co., will be in Changchun in northeast China. It is Ford’s fourth joint venture in China and its first outside Shanghai.
