NTS Halts Dividends to ‘Optimize Use’ of Cash

National Technical Systems Inc.’s board of directors voted to discontinue payment of its quarterly dividend in order to “optimize the use of available cash,” according to a company statement.

NTS operates facilities and offices in Calabasas, Fullerton, Los Angeles, Rye Canyon, San Diego, Saugus and Sunnyvale; Tempe, Ariz.; Camden, Ark.; Zachary, La.; Acton and Boxborough, Mass.; Detroit, Mich.; Portland, Ore.; San Antonio, Tex.; and Fredericksburg, Va.
