OptimumCare Corp.: The Laguna Niguel company said Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to open and manage a psychiatric program affiliated with Integrated Health Resources in Pomona. The program is for the psychiatric patient who does not require hospitalization but needs more than regular office visits with a mental health professional.
