One Hornblowers’ Partner to Acquire Other’s Interest

Hudson’s Grill of America Inc. says it has agreed to sell its interest in Hornblowers restaurant at Ventura Harbor to its partner in the Ventura establishment.
Hudson’s, which formerly was based in Ventura but now is headquartered in Dallas, said Hornblowers doesn’t fit into its 1950s theme.
The company plans to sell the Ventura cafe and comedy club to Kiam Farzadam for $300,000. As part of the deal, Hudson’s said Farzadam agreed to assume Hornblowers’ liabilities.
