Vandals Electrocute Briton Using Toilet

RYDE, England —
A Briton was electrocuted after using a toilet where vandals had electrified a stainless-steel cubicle by wiring it to the overhead light, police said Monday.
Glen Pelmear, 33, collapsed and died after touching a “live” partition wall Saturday. Emergency services could not approach him until the main supply to the public toilets at Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, was switched off.
