U.S. Facilities Corp.: A group including SC Fundamental Value Fund cut its stake in the Costa Mesa holding company to 6.9%. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it sold 223,100 common shares from June 1 to July 11 at prices ranging from $14.93 to $16.63 a share. The group now holds 384,700 common shares. U.S. Facilities Corp.’s subsidiaries underwrite, manage and market medical stop-loss coverage.
