Standard Pacific Corp.: The Costa Mesa home builder said that profit for the second quarter was $1.2 million, or 4 cents a share, unchanged from the prior-year quarter. Revenue fell 15% to $91.9 million from $107.7 million. Profit for the first half was $2.3 million, or 8 cents a share, up 35% from the $1.7 million, or 6 cents a share, reported for the 1994 first half. Revenue was down 9% to $169.9 million from $186.6 million.
