German Police Arrest Suspect in 17 Fires

STUTTGART, Germany —
Police have arrested an unemployed man who confessed to setting 17 fires in the past two years, including one that killed seven foreigners, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The 25-year-old man held on suspicion of arson and murder expressed racist sentiments and sprayed anti-foreigner graffiti on some of the buildings, they said.
