Microsemi Corp.: The Santa Ana semiconductor company posted a profit of $1.7 million, or 21 cents a share, for its fiscal 1995 third quarter, which ended July 2. That was 55% higher than the $1.1 million, or 14 cents a share, for the corresponding period last year. The 1994 third quarter included revenue of $553,000 and a net loss of $244,000 from the sale of a business unit. Third quarter revenue climbed 19% to $36.1 million from $30.3 million. Profit for the first nine months rose 71% to $4.1 million, or 50 cents a share, from $2.4 million, or 30 cents a share. Revenue was up 9% to $96.2 million from $88 million.
