Odetics Inc.: The Anaheim supplier of digital data management products and communications equipment reported a fiscal 1996 first-quarter profit of $211,000, or 4 cents a share, down 55% from the $465,000, or 8 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 slipped 5% to $21.4 million from $22.5 million.
