San Gabriel Valley : COVINA COPS STAY
The Covina City Council has rejected a councilman’s suggestion to authorize a study on replacing the city’s police force with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Councilman John M. Wilcox’s motion to provide $2,500 for the study failed to get any support.
