Official to Visit for College’s Anniversary
The president of the Board of Governors of California Community Colleges will visit Oxnard College today to celebrate the school’s 20th anniversary.
Joe Dolphin, who heads the board, will speak during a President’s Hour program designed to welcome faculty and staff back to school.
Dolphin is the former owner and chief executive officer of Dolphin Medevac Ambulance / Medevac Services of San Diego.
He has also has served on the White House Conference on Small Business under former President Jimmy Carter, the Governor’s Small Business Advisory Council and the State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
