COSTA MESA : Water District Seeks to Fill Board Seat

The Mesa Consolidated Water District is seeking candidates to succeed Tom Nelson, who resigned Aug. 10 from the district’s board of directors.
Applicants must live in Costa Mesa’s east side, which is bounded by Newport Boulevard, Irvine Avenue, 23rd Street and 15th Street.
