Whistle-Blower Suit Stays Alive: An appeals court gave a partial victory to a former Hughes Aircraft executive who alleged that Hughes defrauded the Air Force on the B-2 bomber’s radar system. The court returned the case to U.S. District Court after finding that the lower court should not have rejected William Schumer’s claim that Hughes did not adequately disclose terms of its work on the B-2 to its main manufacturer.
