Mission Energy Co.: The Irvine subsidiary of SCEcorp said Wednesday that six banks will be involved in providing $1 billion in financing for the construction of the Isab energy project, a 512-megawatt independent power generator in Italy. Mission Energy will own a 49% stake in the project.
