LTC Properties Inc. to Pay Larger Dividends

LTC Properties Inc., an Oxnard-based real estate investment trust, has declared a third-quarter cash dividend of 31.5 cents a share, an increase above the 29 cents paid in the previous quarter.

The dividend will be paid Oct. 13 to stockholders of record on Sept. 30.

LTC invests in long-term nursing homes and other health care-related facilities.
