Unocal to Be Listed on Stock Exchange: The Los Angeles-based company will become the first U.S. Fortune 500 company to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore’s main board. An agreement is to be signed today by Unocal Chairman Roger Beach and SES President Lim Choo Peng, the company said in a statement released late last week. Unocal Corp. has several projects in Southeast Asia, including a natural gas project in Thailand, oil and gas projects in Indonesia and geothermal power projects in the Philippines.
