* * 1/2 Ziggy Marley & the Melody Makers, “Free Like We Want 2 B,” Elektra. The Marley siblings will never be free of father Bob’s shadow, but in the past they’ve shown enough flashes of distinctive vision to make this uneven mix of pop, ragamuffin and roots reggae frustrating.
