Victoria Mortgage Opens in Ventura

A new company, Victoria Mortgage Corp., has opened in Ventura.

Victoria, which focuses on real estate resales and refinancing, has signed a long-term lease on Maple Court, according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which negotiated the lease.
