Wiz Technology Doubles Sales

Wiz Technology Inc. said Wednesday that sales in the fiscal year ended July 31 more than doubled to $3.8 million from $1.7 million the previous year, and predicted that sales will double again in the new fiscal year.

Wiz Technology said it is uncertain whether fourth-quarter profits will completely offset the loss of about $418,000 for the first nine months. The company had a loss of $2.3 million, or 36 cents a share, in fiscal 1994.

The company publishes software for educational and small business markets.
