Four Santa Ana turnovers and a good defensive outing keyed Los Amigos’ 36-0 nonleague victory over Santa Ana on Saturday night at Santa Ana Stadium.

Los Amigos’ defense rebounded from last week’s loss at Tustin. Defensive back Luis Renteria returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown and a 6-0 lead midway through the first quarter. He also recovered a fumble in the first.

Robinson rushed for 139 yards in 21 carries and scored the lone touchdown for Santa Ana (1-2) on an 80-yard run in the first quarter. He accounted for all but 42 of the team’s offense.
