Martin T. Daly has been appointed vice president and branch manager of the new Camarillo office of Los Robles Bank. He was previously president and chief executive of Channel Islands National Bank in Oxnard.

* Hal Dally has been appointed vice president and technical director of Data Select Systems Inc. in Westlake Village. He was formerly a vice president of U.J.B. Financial Corp.
