Sun Valley : Alleged Gang Member Held in Man’s Death
Los Angeles police Wednesday arrested a 14-year-old alleged gang member on suspicion of shooting a man to death during an argument outside a liquor store.
The 14-year-old Sun Valley resident, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested after his home was searched by detectives Wednesday morning, LAPD Detective Frank Bishop said.
Bishop said the teen-ager pulled out a gun and shot Tony Branson Friday afternoon as the two argued outside a store at Sunland Boulevard and Nettleton Street.
