PERRIS--Contests, concerts and carnival rides await at the Farmers Fair and Expo, today-Oct. 22 at the Lake Perris Fairgrounds. Themed "Something to Crow About," the 49th annual fair pays tribute to the poultry industry. Festivities, exhibits and entertainment: 11 a.m.-11 p.m. today and Oct. 21-22; noon-11 p.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday; 4-11 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. SANTA BARBARA--Taste suds from 60 breweries at the Pacific Coast Beerfest, Oct. 21 at the Earl Warren Show Grounds.
