Coke Enterprises to Buy Ouachita Bottler: The Atlanta-based firm, extending its control over Coca-Cola’s North American bottling system, agreed to buy Monroe, La.-based Ouachita Coca-Cola Bottling Co. for $313 million. The acquisition of closely held Ouachita would be the company’s third major purchase in as many years. Coca-Cola Enterprises is 44% owned by Coca-Cola Co.
