Oakley Inc.: The Irvine designer, manufacturer and distributor of sunglasses and goggles, which completed its initial public offering in August, reported pro forma net income for the third quarter of $10.2 million, or 30 cents a share, 57% higher than the $6.5 million, or 20 cents a share, a year ago. Sales rose 46% to $47.5 million from $32.6 million. For the nine-month period, pro forma net income increased 45% to $30.4 million, or 92 cents a share, from $20.9 million, or 64 cents a share, a year ago. Sales were up 40% to $129.8 million from $92.7 million.
