Selena’s posthumous “Dreaming of You” album experienced a surge in sales this month during the trial of Yolanda Saldivar, the former president of the Selena fan club who was found guilty last week of murdering the 23-year-old tejano superstar. “Dreaming of You,” which debuted at No. 1 in the national album chart in July but had fallen to No. 29 this month, is No. 8 in The Times’ Southern California chart this week and No. 18 in the national chart, and it continues to top the local and national Latin charts. A single of the same name, released Oct. 9, has jumped to No. 5 in the local chart.
