Beckman Instruments Inc.: Abbott Laboratories has agreed to sell a test kit made by Fullerton-based Beckman to identify an infection that could lead to ulcers. The test, which aids in the detection of H. Pylori infection, is manufactured by Beckman’s SmithKline Diagnostics unit. Financial terms of the arrangement with Abbott were not disclosed.
