Ross Perot’s Reform Party registered enough voters to appear on California’s 1996 presidential ballot, officials said. Also qualifying was the Natural Law Party, which espouses the value of Transcendental Meditation. Other parties that will appear on the March 26 primary ballot are Democrat, Republican, American Independent, Peace and Freedom, Green and Libertarian.
