Allergan Completes Lens Care Acquisition

IRVINE — Allergan Inc. said Thursday that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Phoenix-based contact lens care business of British health-care products giant Pilkington Barnes Hind. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Allergan, headquartered in Irvine, develops, makes and markets products for eye and skin care and neuromuscular disorders.
