FILLMORE : Campbell Elected Mayor by Council
Board of Supervisors candidate Roger Campbell has been chosen mayor of Fillmore.
In a unanimous vote Tuesday, the City Council elected Campbell to the two-year post. However, Campbell’s stint will be limited to one year because his council term expires next November.
This is the second time that Campbell, who is replacing Linda Brewster as mayor, has held the office.
In addition, the City Council elected Don Gunderson as mayor pro tem. Campbell had been mayor pro tem for the last two years.
