Gluck to Head Lake Las Vegas Project: The former Caesars World chairman is heading up a $3.5-billion project southeast of Las Vegas expected to attract high-end resort travelers to Las Vegas. Henry Gluck, who resigned from Caesars World in July, is now co-chairman of Transcontinental Properties Inc., the managing general partner of the Lake Las Vegas project. He will be responsible for strategic planning, international investment and commercial development of the resort and housing complex. The 2,200-acre complex, which already has numerous $185,000 to $1.9-million homes on it, is expected to include the first of a variety of resort hotels and spas, casinos, golf courses, restaurants and shops within two years.
