Wyle to Buy Electronics Distribution Firm

IRVINE — Wyle Electronics said Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Ginsbury Group, a privately held international electronics distribution firm with headquarters in New Jersey. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be completed early in 1996.

Irvine-based Wyle markets semiconductors and computer products through 30 sales locations nationwide.
