Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc.: The Garden Grove manufacturer of memory subsystems said net income for the third fiscal quarter reached a record $540,069, or 3 cents a share, compared with $11,670 for the comparable quarter last year. Sales for the quarter ended Nov. 30 increased 61% to $4.5 million from $2.8 million. For the nine-month period, the company reported net income of $1.3 million, or 8 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $916,790, or 6 cents a share, a year earlier. Sales were up 59% to $13.2 million from $8.3 million.
