Sales techniques: Small businesses can get tips on selling their products or services at a workshop Jan. 10 at the Glendale YWCA, 735 E. Lexington Drive. Computer training: Small businesses selling products out of state or that have competitors outside of California can obtain training for their employees at 60-hour computer classes at the Small Business Development Center, 21221 S.
